1. Order Processing & Handling
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays. Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information within 24 hours.
2. Transit Times & Delivery
We primarily use USPS, UPS, DHL Express and FedEx for our deliveries in the United States. Once dispatched, estimated transit times are as follows:

- Total Estimated Delivery: 4–12 business days for United States from the date of order.

All orders are shipped from multiple locations. All prices shown on our product landing page exclude US tax. In other words, you are not required to pay any additional fees when your parcel is delivered to your doorstep.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your delivery progress directly through the carrier's website.
