Refund policy

Kanso Atelier, provides a 30-day return period for customers within the United States of America. This allows you to cancel your order for any reason within 30 days after you receive your item.

• Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Important: Items returned without prior approval or without using the provided shipping label may not be accepted.

4. Damaged or Faulty Items
